Stripe supports the following payment methods in Mexico:

| Credit cards | Visa, Mastercard and American Express | Carnet cards (restaurant cards) | Stripe accounts in Mexico can only charge Mexican cards in MXN. In other words, domestic charges in Mexico must be created using MXN. |
| Debit cards* | Visa, Mastercard and American Express | Most Mexican debit card issuers are stricter with e-commerce payments, which can result in high decline rates for debit cards. If customers are seeing declines, you can ask them to contact their bank and request enabling their cards for e-commerce. | |
